1 E-Liquids
1.1 I purchased the wrong e-Liquid can I exchange it?

No and Yes but mainly No, If its before you leave one of our locations and has NOT been opened yes you can return or exchange it. If you ordered it online and it leaves one of our locations before we can fix the mistake you own it.

1.2 How should I store my Juice?

To preserve freshness we recommend storing the liquids in a cool dark spot out of direct sunlight.

2 Orders
2.1 I accidentally ordered the wrong thing.

The fastest way to resolve this problem is to call us direct at 1(866) 657-4474 so we sort it out before carrier pickup. After carrier pickup there isn't much for us to do besides wait until it reaches you.

2.2 I wan't some thing but you don't have it.

As much as we would love to stock everything we just can't so if there is something you are looking for we don't have in stock let us know odds are we can get it for you!

2.3 WTH! You sent the wrong color!

Sorry were only human and some humans tend to be colorblind. Don't worry we will make things all better and probably to your benefit. 

3 Shipping
3.1 What are your shipping procedures?

All packages are shipped via USPS. It is our responsibility to properly package and ship all items that are purchased, however we do not have any control over the package once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for any damaged, partially missing, lost, miss routed, delayed or non delivered shipments. If there are any issues with your shipment you must contact USPS direct at 1-800-275-8777 or within your local postal service location.

3.2 When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24 Hrs. Orders before noon CST will ship same day.

3.3 It's been like a week and my order has not arrived yet

We make sure each and every order is packed with love and care prior to leaving one of our facilities. Some times there are some hiccups with the shipping providers which could delay your package. We ask that you contact the shipping provider direct with any questions or concerns but as always we are here to help with anything you need!  

 

3.4 Whats shipping insurance?

If you choose USPS First Class shipping we do recommend purchasing our insurance option as well just in case it does end up lost or stolen we can work with USPS to get you replacements. You also have the option to treat your order right and make sure she travels safe, Just use Priority Shipping which includes up to $100 in insurance for just a little bit more!

4 Rewards Program
4.1 I hate your rewards system!

Sometimes we do too and apologize it isn't working out for you. We would hate to see you go but you are welcome to opt out of the program at any time.

4.2 New / Old Rewards system is back

Come May 1st we are going back to Appcard rewards if you haven't received an email or text with a invitation please contact us.

5 Hardware
5.1 My doohickey just stopped working please help???

We know sometimes things can happen that's why were here to help. If you have any problems after the sale get a hold of us were more than happy to walk you through troubleshooting. 

5.2 Do I need to clean my setup?

Yes we recommend cleaning your stuff periodically especially if you use it a lot. Its rather easy and doesn't take long to ensure the longest lifespan of your purchase. We recommend cleaning the drip tip and components of the tank quite frequently with distilled water (no nutrients or vitamins added). You can clean the connectors with ISO Pure Alcohol (we recommend 90% or higher) and Q-tips / Towels.

5.3 Do I need to purchase batteries if I already have some from my old device?

Yes, we do recommend you purchase fresh batteries to ensure optimal performance and safety with your experience. If you do not purchase fresh batteries we ask that you at least inspect yours for nicks in the wrappers or oversize dings and signs of ware.
